As one of Lewis’ longtime leaders, Ellen has powerfully shaped both our business and our culture. She’s one of the people who makes the experience of working with Lewis as fun as it is rewarding.
Larry has been with Lewis since he graduated college in 1974, where he established research and great creative as the foundation of our approach, resulting in growing Lewis into one of the South’s largest agencies.
Since Carlton came to Lewis after working in Atlanta nearly 25 years ago, he’s been one of the agency’s most notable big-picture thinkers. Today, Carlton leads our agency’s growth across our three offices.
Val came to Lewis 25 years ago with a tech-savvy background working for a systems engineer and major financial institution, which has proved hugely useful in her work with Lewis supervising and managing many of our most successful brands.
Spencer loves this business perhaps more than anyone on the planet. His leadership brings out creativity in everything we do. Since joining Lewis in 1987, Spencer and Larry have been the chief architects of Lewis’ extreme growth over the last 30 years.
One of our most decorated designers, Robert began his career as art director in our Birmingham office before helping establish our Nashville office in 1996. Still active in our creative development, his work continues to receive numerous industry accolades.
